Peter Greer is a long-time advocate for the Church’s role in missions and alleviating extreme poverty and currently serves as the president and CEO of HOPE International, an international Christ-centered economic development organization serving across the globe. Before joining HOPE, Peter worked as a microfinance advisor in Cambodia and Zimbabwe and as managing director for Urwego Bank in Rwanda. He has also co-authored more than 10 books, including Mission Drift, Rooting for Rivals, The Spiritual Danger of Doing Good, and Created to Flourish. Peter holds an MPP in political and economic development from Harvard Kennedy School.
